Jurys Inn Hotel Group is embracing the changing landscape of consumer behaviors and the increasing use of mobile technology by launching an optional online check-in scheme.

The innovative check-in technology has already been successfully implemented at Jurys Inn Islington and is set to be rolled out across their 31 hotels in the UK, Ireland, and Prague.

Driven by an 80% increase in mobile bookings between 2012 and 2013, Jurys Inn Hotel Group has responded to customer demand for greater flexibility and control during their stay. With the introduction of online check-in, guests, particularly business travelers, can benefit from the convenience of checking in via their smartphones before arrival. This streamlined process allows for quick and easy key retrieval at the hotel, enabling guests to bypass the front desk entirely if they prefer.

Hotel check-inTo ensure a smooth experience, guests who opt for online check-in will receive a text message and email link ahead of their visit.
This enables them to confirm their booking details and arrival time conveniently. 
By simply scanning the code at a mobile kiosk in the hotel lobby, they can retrieve their keys and proceed directly to their room.
