Eric Vökel Hamburg Suites add kiosk to their reception!

In the heart of Hamburg's Old Town, just 5 minutes from the Alster Lake or 15 minutes from the Speicherstadt, Eric Vökel Hamburg Suites are housed in a building with minimalist architecture that stands out from the city's historic and maritime ambiance.

We delivered a Duo 1730 self-service kiosk with Concardis payment and Inhova Spy SmartAir keycards integrated. The reservations are added manually using Allegro Backoffice Light removing the need for a full PMS integration.
