Release notes

We are proud to announce the release of Allegro Cloud v7.15.0 This is our fourth major release in 2023 and includes several changes to make our product easier to deploy, manage and use. Take a look at some of the exciting new functionality included in the release.

> Upsell

The upsell module has been updated; it is now possible to enable an option in the back-office that will display the products included on the guest reservation. Please note that the products that can be displayed needs to be added to the back-office list of packages upsell.4

If the option is enabled, the included upsells would be displayed on the upsell scene, and on the arrival document (print and email).

It is now also possible to hide the quantity and the posting rhythm in the upsell scene.

Backoffice, Deployment and Support

To facilitate the deployment of our product and constantly improve it, and make it more intuitive to use for our customers, here are some of the "behind the scenes" features we are deploying in Allegro 7.15.0:

> Alert

A new alert has been added to the different kiosk alerts accessible in the alert section of the back office: the low level of key cards.

> Trivec

An additional check has been added to the Trivec Wallet, to ensure the expiration date validity before proceeding into the following scenarios.

For hotels using the Trivec Wallet, a wallet day overview has been added to the dashboard, and the ability to look at the wallet transaction list.

> Statistics - Pin Codes

The statistic module has been fixed to properly display the number of check-ins, without calculating the result on key encoded data.

> Skin Designer

The skin designer section in the back office has been updated with the following features:

Manage the kiosk "danger" color.
The ability to choose the text module for buttons/call to actions and titles: the user can either choose to display everything in Upper case or exactly as written in the dictionary.
It is now possible to select the skin color from the notification to be displayed in the QR code page sent by SMS. In the notification section of the skin designer.

> Dashboard

The dashboard module from the back office has been updated to display the number of "Room is not ready" in the Arrival Details. The data is triggered when the page "room is not ready" is displayed during a check-in.
