We are thrilled to announce that the Louvre Hotels group has successfully rolled out its revolutionary "Direct Check-in" solution to 148 of its Première Classe hotels in France, encompassing an impressive 75% of the brand's network.
This groundbreaking implementation makes Première Classe the first French hotel brand to offer such a seamless service across a significant portion of its properties. Making the check-in process faster and more convenient than ever before, the "Direct Check-in" service extends an invitation to customers with reservations, prompting them to check in online prior to their arrival day.
Upon arrival at the hotel, guests can now swiftly access their rooms without the need to stop at the reception desk. The system operates by sending a unique ID to the customer via SMS or email, along with their pre-allocated room number. Armed with this information, all the guest needs to do is head to the kiosk and collect their key, granting them direct access to their room.
By utilizing this innovative service, guests at Première Classe hotels in France can save precious time during their travel, ensuring a stress-free and efficient check-in experience. This enhanced guest experience reflects Louvre Hotels group's commitment to providing top-notch services and cutting-edge solutions to its valued customers.
