Holiday Inn Hotel Brussels airport live with kiosk check-in

The beautiful 310-room Holiday Inn Hotel Brussels airport hotel is now live with kiosk check-in powered by Ariane systems and installed by our partner Van Hessen.

On July 14th, 2015 we successfully delivered 5 Duo 6020 kiosk to the Holiday Inn Hotel Brussels Airport. The project and installation were managed by our local partner Van Hessen.

Arriving guests can check-in directly in the kiosks by completing the registration form, paying by credit card and receiving their room key.
This saves time for both guests and the staff at the hotel and so far more than 80 guests on average use the kiosks daily. It is also possible to use the kiosks for a quick and convenient check-out when leaving the hotel. Perfect if you are in a hurry to reach an airline at the nearby airport.

The project required Ariane to develop support for the Miwa RFID door lock system in use at the hotel.


This integration, together with the more than 35 others we already had, is now available to any new customer using Miwa. Payment is done using secure chip & pin devices certified for unattended use and is powered by Six Cards.

The Duo 6020 is housed in custom-made furniture making it an integrated part of the hotel reception. This is one of the key strength of the Duo 6000-series making it so flexible that it will virtually be a perfect fit for any imaginable hotel lobby.
