Starting 1.June all 55 German B&B Hotels offer Online Check-in by Ariane Systems. Guests with a reservation receive an email with an invitation to check-in online 2 days before their arrival. By pressing a link they get to the online check-in application where they can pay for their stay and confirm their check-in. On the day of arrival, they receive an Email and SMS with their room number and a code to enter their room.
With this solution, guests can fully bypass the reception or kiosk and proceed their check-in on their own.
So B&B Hotels is the first hotel chain in Germany with the exciting new guest service of full self-service online check-in. The rollout to all 55 hotels has been realized by Ariane Systems in cooperation with Micros Fidelio within 14 days.
