B&B Hotels Having successfully debuted in three hotels, B&B is on track to roll out this game-changing service to all properties by April. This milestone solidifies B&B's position as Germany's first hotel brand to offer the convenience and efficiency of fully automated online check-in to its valued guests.

For a simple and convenient process, guest will receive a personalized invitation via email two days prior to their stay, inviting them to take advantage of this exciting new service. Utilizing their preferred device, whether it's a smartphone, a tablet or a laptop, guests can easily access the intuitive platform. They can seamlessly check their reservation details and conveniently complete their payment, all at their preferred time and location. 

On the day of their arrival, guests receive a confirmation of their room number, along with an access code and comprehensive instructions via SMS and email. This essential information empowers guests to effortlessly collect their keys upon arrival at the hotel. Thanks to the fast and efficient online check-in process, guests can avoid waiting in queues and retrieve their keys from a lobby dispenser in under 30 seconds, ensuring a smooth transition straight to their room.
