On the day of their arrival, guests receive a confirmation of their room number, along with an access code and comprehensive instructions via SMS and email. Thanks to the fast and efficient online check-in process, guests can avoid waiting in queues and retrieve their keys from a lobby dispenser in under 30 seconds, ensuring a smooth transition straight to their room.
