Paris, France - Vertus Group, a Division of Jonas Hospitality and Constellation Software Inc., is excited to announce its acquisition of Ariane Systems. With over 20 years of expertise and over 3,000 installations across 29 countries, Ariane is the market leader in self-check-in and out technology solutions for the hotel industry.

It is the second hospitality technology acquisition announced by Vertus in 2025, demonstrating the group's dedication to growing the vertical.
