Ariane Systems has rejoined HTNG!

Hotel Technology Next Generation is the leading hospitality trade organization for hotel technology. It is purely non-profit and run by and the leading hotel executives, with active support from technology providers. HTNG's activities are undertaken by hundreds of volunteers from member companies who meet regularly on conference calls and face-to-face meetings. The activities are performed in workgroups working to solve the problems and challenges of next-generation technology for hospitality.

HTNG is recognized as the leading voice of the global hotel community, articulating the technology requirements of hotel companies of all sizes to the vendor community. HTNG facilitates the development of technology models for hospitality that will foster innovation, improve the guest experience, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of hotels and create a healthy ecosystem of technology suppliers.

Ariane has been a member of HTNG for a number of years, before we decided to take a pause. Our founder Laurent Cardot co-chaired the "kiosk integration" workgroup responsible for the creation of the first standardized "Kiosk Integration Specification" published in 2010 and revised in 2013.

Ariane decided to re-join HTNG since we consider this to be the best arena for true collaboration amongst vendors, hoteliers and other industry participants. We hope to contribute with our expertise in self-service, web & mobile, payment and access control systems. It will also be a joy to meet other members and learn more about their challenges and focus areas. The best place to do this is at the annual member meetings in the US and Europe where we will be present.
